Leadership
R. Kyle Bourne is a seniors housing and real estate industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in real estate investments, development, asset management, operations, and capital markets. Kyle has directly participated in over $2.3 billion of closed transactions and has led investment activities and operations at several companies.
Before launching Unbridled Living, Kyle was the Co-Founder and President of Bourne Financial Group, LLC (“BFG”), a seniors housing investment company focused on the development and acquisition of seniors housing communities in the United States. Under Kyle’s leadership, from 2014 to 2021, BFG grew to over $900 million in assets under management and developed or acquired 26 seniors housing communities in 14 states, totaling over 3,200 beds. Kyle guided BFG’s capital markets team in raising $250 million from investors and facilitated approximately $650 million in debt financing for BFG’s investment activities.
While at BFG, Kyle also led the successful launch of Park Avenue Lifestyle, LLC, a new seniors housing management company formed during the COVID-19 pandemic, to take over existing communities in BFG’s portfolio.
